This place was so worth it! Loved the atmosphere, loved the drinks, loved the service, and loved the food. We did the Winter tasting menu. Only one tiny disappointment was that the online menu said there was rabbit but the actual menu in the restaurant had chicken as an option. Seeing as that was the only difference to the menu, it wasn't the worst thing but my husband was actually looking forward to that dish. We pivoted and ended up really liking our options. The foie gras chef starter was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend the lobster if that's an option when you are there. Also had one of the best martinis. The meal ends with a cute extra and a cake to take home.

On the way back home from our Key West trip, we decided to stop by L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. This is a prestigious line of restaurants that was started by one of the most revered chefs to ever do it. So our hopes were high. Along with being the first two Michelin Starred restaurant in Florida, it was on highly touted lists from AAA and La Liste. The ambiance is casual luxury. You have to go up a grand spiral staircase, which leads you to a room full of high tops and a mega bar looking into the mega kitchen. Five segments of the bar, each with a shadow box of brilliant decor. It really was gorgeous and dressed to the nines. Service was pretty good. Everything was decently coordinated, certainly to the level of a two star establishment. The servers were formal and stiff at first, which made sense, seeing a lot of the clientele that was surrounding us (lots of suits and ties), but when you talked to them like real people, they talked back in a casual way that just made us super comfortable all around. As for the food, it was dynamite, of course. If you're splurging by coming here, don't automatically jump to the most expensive menu. Really look at what you're menus, see what you're getting and not getting, menu-to-menu, and make an educated choice. We went with the Spring menu, because it had some items on it that the big menu was missing, and with the this-or-that options, it let us try and share more things overall. I won't get into every course, but I will highlight some of the best bites. The Le Boeuf Wagyu was excellent. One of the better tartares I've ever had, really quality beef, accentuated with the cream and truffle, and the flax seed chips made it really fun. The Le Ris De Veau was awesome. If you've never had sweetbreads before, get it here. One of the most underrated foods in the world. Trust me. Le Bison was the dish of the day for me. Basically a mini wellington, perfectly cooked bison, crispy pastry, and sauces that go really well with it all. The desserts were fine. This place excels at the savory items, and I was pretty pleased with everything. Not sure if they're gonna ramp things up and go for the three stars. When it comes to two starred places, Sorekara in Orlando has them beat, but hey, I'm glad to see good food getting recognition in the great state of Florida.

An unforgettable dining experience at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Miami. We did the Evolution menu and were blown away by the creativity, flavor, and precision in every course. The food was both exquisite and unique—each dish a true work of art. We enjoyed a few cocktails, including a perfectly crafted old fashion, and every drink matched the elegance of the meal. The service is truly unmatched. The staff knew every ingredient and every step of the preparation process, and their attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere is polished, refined, and ideal for a special night out. The two Michelin stars are absolutely well deserved. Highly recommend for a date night or any occasion where you want to be wowed from start to finish.

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Miami – A Showcase of Culinary Precision Seated at the bar, we had the privilege of witnessing the seamless choreography of the open kitchen—an experience that elevates the meal beyond taste alone. Every movement, every technique, executed with the kind of precision that defines true haute cuisine. The menu is a study in balance, where refined French techniques meet bold yet delicate flavors. Dishes arrive in a precise sequence, each designed to build upon the last, creating a progression that feels natural and effortless. The wine pairing is not merely an accompaniment but an essential element of the experience—each selection thoughtfully enhancing the contrasts and depth of the dishes. Few restaurants achieve such a meticulous harmony between technique, flavor, and presentation. Here, every plate tells a story of mastery, leaving no doubt that this is a place where gastronomy is treated as an art form.

Phenomenal in every way. From the moment you step into this chic, inviting, and sophisticated space, you know you’re about to have a wonderful meal. The service was warm and professional, with staff offering great insight into the menu and concept. The food was divine—every bite a treat. We loved each dish from the Spring 2025 menu. Easily among my top three dining experiences. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

This is Miami only two star Michelin star restaurant and it did not disappoint. It is honestly absolutely delicious, the presentation of all the plates was beautiful and all the staff was so incredibly helpful. With the winter tasting menu for lunch on Saturdays, which came out to about 80 and it was so worth it. Portions were much bigger than I was expecting and everything tasted absolutely incredible. It was a little bit more difficult to find than I was expecting. It is actually located on the second floor of le Jardinier(the French plan forward one Michelin star restaurant). Parking was surprisingly easy. There is a garage right underneath, which is actually really affordable came out three dollars and there was lots of parking so that was very happy about that.

L’Atelier Miami: A Culinary Experience Worth Every Cedilla. Our dining experience at L’Atelier Miami was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the thoughtful decor, a seamless blend of contemporary and mid-century modern aesthetics that feels elevated yet not overdone. The dim lighting further enhanced the intimate ambiance, setting the tone for a truly memorable evening. We had the privilege of sitting at the famous kitchen table, where we enjoyed a front-row view of the talented cook staff working their magic—a unique and captivating addition to the experience. We opted for the Seasonal Tasting Menu, which officially consists of five courses but ended up feeling more like eight, thanks to the chef’s generosity and precision. The meal began with their bread course, and let me just say—those croissants were absolutely perfect. With layers upon layers of buttery goodness, they were so irresistible that it took real restraint not to fill up before the main courses even began. We made a point to alternate our selections from the menu to try as many dishes as possible, and truly, there was no wrong choice. However, several dishes stood out as absolute showstoppers. • The Foie Gras Royale: This dish was a masterclass in texture. The delicate foam from the cheese perfectly complemented the rich foie gras, creating a balanced and decadent bite that I’ll be dreaming about for weeks. • The Crispy Veal Sweetbread: Quite possibly the best sweetbread I’ve ever had. Cooked and prepared in a style reminiscent of pork belly, it delivered incredible flavor and a delightful balance of textures. • The Beef Wellington (Bison): L’Atelier’s creative take on this classic dish is a must-try. Using bison meat instead of beef, the pastry was flawlessly executed, and the dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the kind of innovation and precision this restaurant is known for. The service throughout the night was impeccable. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the attentiveness of the staff, every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. Not to mention that the synchronized serving made for an elevated experience. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured that each course was beautifully paced to allow us to fully savor every bite. When combined with the stunning presentation of the dishes, the cozy yet chic ambiance, and the flawless execution of every detail, it’s no wonder L’Atelier Miami delivers an experience that feels not only special but world-class. For excellence in Flavor, Creativity, Presentation, Service, Ambiance, and Execution, we proudly award L’Atelier Miami six Cedillas. This is a restaurant that is worth every bit of anticipation, and one we highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary journey. (CCCCCC)
